Darren Bok, CAI, CAS

OWNER/BROKER/AUCTIONEER

Born and raised near Farmer, OH, Darren continued his love of agriculture by graduating from The Ohio State University with a BS in Ag Business. He then obtained his auctioneer and real estate licenses to pursue his dream of
becoming a full-time auctioneer.

After working with other auctioneers and brokers for a few years, Darren created United Edge Real Estate & Auction Co. in 2018 and has been running strong ever since.

Darren is a member of the National Auctioneer Association and the Ohio Auctioneer’s Association, and maintains his auctioneer licenses in Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois. He is also a member of the National Association of
Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and Northwest Ohio Realtors.

In his spare time, Darren enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters at local sporting events and cattle shows across the country.

Kevin Gray

ASSOCIATE BROKER

Kevin grew up in the real estate and auction profession as a lifelong resident of West Unity, Ohio. He earned an associate of applied business degree in Real Estate Technology from the University of Toledo and then furthered his degree with a BS in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Kevin has been a licensed Realtor since 1994 and a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1998.

Having worked in the real estate, auction, appraisal, banking and insurance industries, Kevin has very extensive knowledge that covers a broad area of the business

Kevin is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and Northwest Ohio Realtors.

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, playing a little golf and assisting where he can with various organizations.

Ryan Ruble

AUCTIONEER/REAL ESTATE AGENT

Ryan grew up in Williams County and graduated from The Ohio State University. He has been a licensed auctioneer since 2017 and currently maintains his Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Texas and Florida auction licenses. He received his real estate license in 2019 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and Northwest Ohio Realtors.

Ryan fills his free time by spending time with his beautiful wife, Kimmy, and producing beans and corn on their farm. He looks forward to bringing buyers and sellers together by offering them a variety of marketing options - from traditional real estate listings to live and online auctions. As a local landowner and farmer, Ryan looks forward to sharing his knowledge and understanding of real estate, farmland and farm equipment with both buyers and sellers.
